VdB 98 - reflection nebula in Puppis

VdB 98 (Ced 101, DG 122, VDB 98, HD 61071, HIP 37025, Magakian 281) is a reflection nebula in the constellation Puppis. It is illuminated by HD 61071 - a 6.85 mag star of spectral class B2III. At the left is the dark nebula LDN 1668 (see the annotated mouseover).
